  • My focus is moms at every stage of motherhood, from pregnancy through postpartum through the years that follow. If you're feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you thought you'd have by now, that's exactly where I work.

    You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Many of my clients aren't. They're just tired of feeling the way they feel and ready to do something about it.

  • Mind Wanderer is mobile, which means I come to you. The therapy bus parks at several locations throughout Tacoma, and I also make house calls. If you want to meet somewhere specific (your neighborhood, a park nearby, your office parking lot), let's talk about it.

    The space inside is warm, private, and designed to feel nothing like a clinical office. Reach out if you'd like a tour video before booking.

  • I structure my free intro sessions as a space to ask me any questions. These can be about my background, payment or how the bus works. Since therapy is focused on you, I want to give you the place where you can ask the questions.

  • Yes! I am in network with Premera and Lifewise. For insurance companies I am out of network with, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

    I also offer affordable private pay options such as a sliding scale.
